Polished Concrete Floors

Polished concrete has been treated with a densifier and ground with expertly selected grinding tools. The grinding tools are usually progressive grits of diamond grinding cup wheels and diamond polishing pads.

Concrete is not considered polished before 400 grit, and it is normally finished to either the 800, 1500, or 3000 grit level. Stains and dyes are often applied to enhance polished concrete; as well as other options like scoring, radial lines, grids, bands, borders, and other designs. Polished concrete floors are low-maintenance, more durable and easier to clean, and reduces dust mites and allergen problems. Nor do they support mold growth.

Coatings

Most times existing concrete slabs maintain imperfections like cracks, discolorations, holes, or other flaws and sometimes repairing the spots can be noticeable or unattractive. There’s no need to rip out your existing concrete and replace it if it’s in good condition. Our epoxy system will give your concrete floor an economical transformation creating a smooth, aesthetically pleasing, polishable concrete surface.

Concrete Staining

Two main types of staining: Water based acrylic and acid stains. Acid Staining creates a beautiful spectrum within your selected color throughout the concrete. In the process, the colors react with each other, and create their own array of magic. This is more leaning towards a bold look.

Water Based Acrylics create a solid color finish, where the color comes out exactly how you want it to. As opposed to Acid Staining, the process is not tampered with for Water Based Acrylic, and the finish is simple, yet elegant.
